Hey, Got a problem .. With every VCD/SVCD I have watched on my dvdplayer. Towards the end of the CD "30-40min in" it starts pixalizing, distortion, skipping around those bad sections, lagging, in some cases Stopping all together. Freezing it period... I have tried playing previously viewed vcd/svcdz and they work perfect, so I am sure its not the dvdplayer itself. Would anyone else know why this is occuring. I have tried playing these movies on my b0x.They play thru fine. Note : DVDplayer Apex AD 1500 CDR's : Verbatim "never used these before..this is my second thought of souce of problem" .. Thanks
The cd media could be the source of your problem alright! Try one thing that works for me in situations like this, pause it for a minute when it starts pixelating and then resume the play. On my dvd player, it seems to fix up the picture and sound everytime I do that!
Dela_ , I have tried that but no sucess. I am currently borrowing my friends Apex AD 1100 vs my Apex AD 1500 They seem to play perfect on this older model. Could you or anyone else explain why mine does not and his does? Thanks
ok, I have tried that pausing technique, and nothing worked.. I have tried two different cdrw's, many diff cd-r's .. every different burning speed. I have also tried "pulldown" 23:29 conversion, and that doesn't work either.. Any suggestions
