hi all, the eurovox used to work fine, but recently it started acting up (missing channels etc). When we re-set the box to factory settings, to re-scan for all the channels, we're only getting 9 channels. Also if we do the automatic scan the bar stays at 8% (I've seen that this seems to be a known issue). Can anyone confirm that we're doing the right steps? 1. menu, lang.settings, 1968 (emu = on) 2. yellow button (set to 5401 for ntl & enter in codes (dont have recent ones actually) ) 3. manual scan between 290.000 & 420.000 the result is only 9 channels... its not my box, so I'm not sure what firmware is on it - but seeing as it used to work, I@m guessing its been flashed recently enough. Press menu, installation, user installation. Press yellow button. Input 290.000 as start frequency and 420.000 as end frequency. Press OK to scan, screen will go blank for a minute and scan will begin. Make sure you do this from the main incoming feed, i.e. no splitters.
