I had good success with the Nero Vision (Nero 9 trial version) and so decided to upgrade from my Nero6. Shouldn't I be getting the full Nero9 package? I paid and got a new serial number and installed the upgrade but my Nero Express 3 (Nero6) hasn't changed to the Nero Vision I was using during my trial period. During setup I did see the Nero Vision box checked. Install shows no issues but no Vision when I look in Nero folder. Can I upload Nero9 and use my upgrade serial number to get it up and working? TIA!
It sounds like you installed Nero 9 over Nero 6. So do a clean install - uninstall both Nero 6 and Nero 9. Go to add/remove programs. Nero 6 might be listed 2x - one is for the 'regular' Nero and the second one listed should say something like Nero Vision Express or NVE. Uninstall all Nero programs. Now run the clean tool (it's the same for each version) - clean tool Nero 9 Give that a go.
