I just purchased the Benq 1625 w/lightscribe. It works fine, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the label sized to the disk. I'm using the Nero lightscribe software that came w/it. When I put the picture on the template to burn, it doesn't fill the whole disk. It is too small. If anyone can help. Please. Thanks.

Your drive is faulty. HP have exactly the same problem. If Benqs solution is the same as HPs, buy a different drive. (HP pretend the problem doesn't exist, don't answer e-mails, sweep it under the carpet etc.)

Incidentally, I'm beginning to wonder of this technology is fully developed. I'm now on my 2nd drive, and that's damaged too. This one's a LiteOn, and now reports No Lightscribe device. Strange that, as it's been burning lables for 2 weeks over Xmas.
