So a coworker of mine had some difficulties unlocking his Nokia 6800 and now the phone shows "Contact Service". How would we clear that up, or is the phone permafried?
Also if there is a way to fix that, I am thinking we will have to take another shot at unlocking this beastie and here is the info: imei: 010282002256917 Type: nsb-9 Model: 6800a Carrier: Cellular One by Highland Cellular Thanks in advance for any info.
How many codes have been entered already and is it possible to show the codes? Cellular One isn't known for locking very many of their phones and it is a very difficult network to unlock from.
According to my coworker he entered in one that he found here (for the wrong carrier apparently) and does not remember which one it was. Is there any way to return it to its previous state?
#pw+934872452201425+7# This is the code for unlocking but "Contact Service Provider" usually means that what needs to be done.
Thanks I will give that a try. I had directed him here since I had gotten my 6230 unlocked very easily with the instruction of "submit a new thread with your imei carrier and phone model" but the dunderhead managed to screw it up. THanks again.
