After downloading a TV program, the file is shown as a Windows Media file but when I open it up all I get is the sound and everything else is green. I can open it up with VLC and watch the show. I do like to save the program to DVD and find that this is a problem as the file is not liked by the Roxio program thai I use. Could use any help with this. Thanks for any help, Jack
I think i had that problem before myself and i think i solved it by useing ffdshow here's a link to it http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/ffdshow.cfm im no expert, still a newbie, so i could be wrong hopefully it works for you :0)
