Hi All, I hope someone can help me with this. I have TheBox and I had a problem with some channels not displaying for me such as Channel 4, Film4. As a troubleshooting step, I reset the box to the factory defaults, and did an automatic Scan for the channels. It found 186 channels, however, when I then tried to view any of them, the screen is just black and after a few seconds, comes up with a pop up "Bad signal or scrambled" This happens for almost all channels. The only channels I can view are Bloomberg and the Euro news channels! Is there anything I can do to get the channels back? Cheers M
