problems with ConvertXto DVD

    I downloaded an avi file and converted it with convertxtodvd.....burned the movie to a dvd but when i put it into my dvd player it wont read it? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

    1. make sure you converted it to the correct format. When I had a similar problem I was converting to PAL instead of NTSC.
    2. make sure you are using good quality blank dvd media, the only good dvd's are sony and verbatim. You can do a disc quality test and check how good your media is. You need to get at least 90 percent for a decent quality.

    how do i change it from an pal to the other one with convertxdvd

    Go to Settings > DVD specification tab > PAL or NTSC.
    Presto Change-o!
