yesterday i purchased the cucusoft ipod video converter +dvd to ipod suite. The only problem i seem to have is i cant preview anything before i rip it. When i click on something i get a window coming up with "player" at the top but it is just blank. Sometimes a message will come up saying "sound player initialisation failed ". I have successfully managed to rip a dvd and transfer it to the ipod it is just previewing the thing first that is the problem. My operating system is windows xp. Sorry if this is an easy problem but this is my first ipod and i am quite new to it.
