problems with Dbox2 please help

    I have just ran a service scan on my dbox2 but have lost loads of channels and now seem to have loads of bouquets can someone please please tell me how to fix this
    On service scan i asked it to create new bouquets is there any way i can put box back to were it was ???

    Also if it helps when i did the service scan on cable provider im told that you should have sym 6952 but the only options i get are FAST or BRUTEFORCE so i did service scan on fast would this be a problem ???
