Ok I got the Far cry 2 razor 1911 release B'cos its not released in india yet. I installed the game and it went fine. Patched the Razor EXE and when I run the game i just get flickering display for top 30% of screen and rest is black. My System specs are : Q6600, XFX680i LT mobo, 4 gig Gskill PC6400 CL4, Sparkle 8800GT SLI. I tried installing the new beta drivers that was suppose to fix display issues version 180.43 but it dint change anything. Any help guys..??? I have other games like GRAW2 and GRID working fine on 1920 by 1080. I ran the Far cry system assesment tool thats inside the installation folder and its able to run it well with all settings on Max and No AA I get 45 FPS avg. Any idea wats going wrong guys ???
Sounds to me like you downloaded a bad copy. Try importing it from the US, or downloading another copy if need be.
id try uninstalling and re-installing the game. Perhaps its something to do with SLi? try disabling that and checking again for new drivers. i had this sort of problem aswell, but with my ATi 4850 and new drivers solved the problem with this particular release. it might be a different story with nvidia drivers....
