hi, im new to the forums. i have a not so new Lite-on LDW-411S dvd writer. the problem with it is it not so much that it doesn't do coasters(it doesn't at all) but some files(about half) dont read on the drive itself after burning. i burn ISO dvds with video files en em: avi, wmv etc... this problem didn't occur when this drive was bought new but after about 3 months of casual use, it started doing this. can someone offer any advice to remedy this? btw, i use the latest Nero 7, i have the latest firmware update and the media i use is normal generic media, i don't know the specifics but i've burned successful dvds with this media before. dvds that play all the files inside.
