problems with Mega Man X3 PS1

during the few days I downloading a game from the internet it mega man X3 english pal + ntsc patch I use nero to burn the cue. file when I load up the game into my PS2 everything work fine until after capcom symbol it show now loading and nothing happen it just stay there and I use CDRWIN still the same problems.
