I to turn it on, thn it checks the drives, mouse, keyboard, etc, then it goes to a black screen with just a blinking hashmark, and doesn't do nothing. So i boot it up again pressing F1 to go into setup mode "PhoenixBIOS Setup Utility" and it says to enter a password, I never used this before, so I try different passwords maybe it will work, but then it says "System Disabled [03071], I need help, please help.

Will have to look at the motherboard to see who made it if you dont know. Their should be a model number next to the name, it can be hard to find, but every mobo has an ID. Go to their website and it should have a manual. It will be a .pdf (Acrobat reader) file most likely, that will show you.
Or if you know what the three pin jumpers look like, there are a few like BIOS, CMOS, so on and you should see the names next to the pins to know what is what.

I got to work, I replaced what looks like a battery on the motherboard with the one from my old computer, and it started to work. Thanks for everything
