   i got a starview box {not a clone] i'm having problems downloading software as i'm new to computers, my dad gave it to me + it was working fine in london but no signals in scotland i have factory settings now i cant get the software i tried last nite but i got into bin files dont know how to do it please help me going mad. thanks
