Problems with nero

    well i wanted to burn sum videos but when ever i open any program in nero it gives me " this program has encounterd a problem a needs to shut down". the only nero program that works is nero showtime -.- ........ and thats a player .......... i want to reinstall nero but is their a esaier way?
