Hey there - can anyone help?
I was trying to update my Starview because it was missing some channels (film four, ch4 etc) and have now found myself stuck on this language screen. When i choose English as the language, it brings me to the scan screen, I perform an automatic scan, the box can't find any channels and then it brings me back to the select language screen which i can't get out of. I'm on N*L and the codes appear to be correct. Can you help?
    thanks in advance !

also could be a bad flash before you flash it try reset it then rescan it then menu 1570 turn emu on the hit the default key see if that helps before you reflash it

guys, i've managed to do a manual scan after setting the network scan to 'enabled' based on frequency of 299.000 and symbol rate 6875. if i try to an auto scan it's using a symbol rate of 6887 (can't seem to change this) and it picks up no channel. Emu is on. Do you have a list of channel frequencies and symbol rates or is there some way i can get the auto scan to pick up the channels? I've had the starview for over a year with no probs, only in this mess now because i had lost a few channels (ch4, film 4 etc) recently and was trying to get them again. any help is welcome! cheers

just a factory reset. the thing is i can't seem to amend the symbol rate from 6887 to 6875 when doing a manual scan.
