I have this subtitle file in *.srt format which Subtitle workshop says it´s corrupted. I´ve compared it to another *.srt file and they both look very similar.

    1) Is there a way to know where the file is corrupted?
    2) Is there a tool to fix this?

I´ve roamed a lot to find this subtitle and I don´t wanna lose it

    Thanks a lot

    Hi k0k0m0,

I don't know if it will do the job you're trying to do BUT try CDCheck. It's great at looking through CD and DVD files, locating corrupted ones and where possible, repairing them.

    http://www.elpros.si/CDCheck/

I use it for complete files and have never used it for a single file BUT give it a shot and let me know if it helped.

    Thanks Pete!

I will check it with this tool.

Question: How can I extract the subtitle files only from a *.VOB???
