Thank you Paschal93, although it took about 5 minutes for AnyDVD to read, thus, it passed and I am using CloneDVD now to recode and burn. Thanks!! Props to paschal93 for the answer!
every thing is now working great with any dvd 6.5.9.9 was able to back up my purchase thanks, Props to paschal93 for the answer!
just burned it using AnyDVD 6599 but again when it plays either now on the DVD player on my P.C. it shows the ending at the chapters are all mixed up. This seems to be a tough one to backup
Windows Media Player CLASSIC was the only player that would play UP 4 me I'm running DVDFab now, it's been reading the Disc for 45 mins. Still not finished
Actually everything is now working fine now works in my stand alone also i do think the magic combination is to use the new version of clone dvd and AnyDVD 6.5.9.9 shrink seems to lose it's edged on this and other new titles.Shrink is great for a lot of other uses.hope this info helps somewhat.
Just so everyone understands anytime there is structural protection you must first rip files to hard drive then import them into shrink should get a perfect backup. So for anyone that is wanting the benefits of using dvd shrink be sure to rip files to hard drive than import and backup as usual.
well my problem was that i could not get the drives to activate until i updated anydvd.after the update all went well

The link to that version of AnyDVD is no longer working but I have the trial to 6.6.0.0. It should still work right? I opened it up and this is what it says: AnyDVD is scanning the disc! The disc you have inserted will be available shortly. Please wait! HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H10N JL10 02022306EA3408DB52 Is this what I should see? Should I still be waiting? If not, now what do I do?
