Quick question, is the Pentium 4 EE a 32 or 64 bit chip? I was guessing a 32bit, but it seems it compares with the AMD64, just wondering.

I'm suprised the P4EE is keeping up to the AMD64 being only 32bit.

It isnt. The A64 chips are kicking the crap out of the P4EE in 64bit apps and tests (for obvious reasons).

The A64 is both a 32 and 64 bit chip... "just because it has 64bit support" doesnt mean its superior at 32bit apps than 32bit chip. In fact, until recently (i.e., the FX series), the P4EE was the sole top dog in the 32bit arena
