I was wondering if I use a product key for a piece of software on multiple computers behind the same ip address, would that key be flagged as already used or pirated?

depends how many computers you are allowed to run the software on with one licence.if only one chances are they will catch you.

So they can see it's multiple computers even if it is behind the same ip address?

Here is an example I build three computers and also buy a retail version of windows 7 with one product key can I use the same key for all three computers being that they will be all on the same ip address from my provider?
