321 tech support suggested you folks may be able to help me. I believe I will have to reformat my HD soon and don't want to lose my platinum v4.0.3.8. Unfortunately, he says I need the file dvdxcopy_platinum_v.4.0.3.8_fullinstall I have NO idea where this file went, tech support said I must have deleted it somehow, or not saved it when I intalled (?) Whatever.. if someone has this file, or can point me towards it, I would be appreciative. Also, couldn't get a straight answer from him about my prog files. My original program is V. 3.1.1, but was upgraded when I installed/ activated it. I am assuming I can just backup the expanded files along with the installer file and it will reinstall fine.. or am I just naive? Are there hidden files or files in locations other than the in the 321 folder? Thanks for your help.
