program freeze

why does dvdxcopy xpress freeze everytime i try and burn a dvd?

 

You need to be a little more specific. Where are you having the error problem? DVDXcopy is an old program with no updates it has a problem with newer DVD.

 

so it might not work with new dvds eh? my program let's it read it all (step 1) then when i comes to step 2 (burning) it just freezes and says "not responding"
