Program just to make chapters

    What are some programs just to make chapters, somthin real easy and fast. I'm not too interested in all the menus just making chapters thats it.

    if anyone knows would be greatly appreciated

    Are you converting AVI, MPG or other format to DVD and want to add chapter marks or are you working with DVD format files (VOB, IFO and BUP)?
