Program to change -any- icon in Windows XP

I'm looking for a program which can change any icon in Windows XP.
The situation is such, that I have a set of great Vista-like looking icons, and I would like to use them for my folders, buttons, varouus icons like 'Run', 'Help & Support'... well, you got it.
Shareware is no problem, as if I like it, I may as well as buy it. But why buy if a freeware program can do the job?

But it dosen't change the drive icons in 'My Computer'. Any other prog that can do that>?
