Programs For TV Cards

    I have just bought a mercury Tv Tuner Card from the local computer shop for £23 the quility is great for the money but when you get to the recording your better just leaving it because the quility is rubbish it goes pixelized. Windows movie maker is a little bit better. Has Any-one got any programs that would record my tv progs to the HDD with a good quility?
