programs wont open

lately, i've been installing alot of dvd making programs
and suddenly after installing more programs, those programs wont open.
like adobe encore dvd will give me some error when installing.
also with cce and some other programs.

i tried some spyware removal programs and i have mcafee antivirus 2006.
i'm guessing its not spywares or viruses.
what makes these programs not install or run.

 

i recommend deleteing them all and install Nero Vision

 

what does that have to do with nero vision, i already had nero vision
anyways i fixed it by reinstalling windows

 

see thats the good thing about windows,
if windows just screws up just reinstall it
