How do u create a psp and like what software???

 

Psp programs are coded in C.

 

the c++ program what is it can u explain more about it or give me a link ,thx

 

C++ programming isnt so much a program its a code language which codes for programs to run them , if that makes sense lol

 

C++ isnt what you code for the psp with. Its C.

 

They're the same thing, give or take. People have used both.

I would have to argue on that one. Theyre not the same. Similar maybe but definetly not the same. C++ is an updated version of C, then you have C^ which is an updated version of C++.

 

Hence why I said give or take.
