project 64 on windows 7 crashing

    so i cant get project 64 to run any roms. as soon as i choose a rom, it crashes telling me that the program has to shut down. is it a video setting? i'm using 1.7.0.55 maybe i should downgrade back to the earlier versions? is anyone else having this problem?

    By the way, is there an emulator forum here at AfterDawn that i'm missing while looking for a suitable room?
