I have a dish 500 & dish pro lnb. I can only seem to pick up sat 119 on comitted switch 2 or 4. I can't seem to pick up sat 110 on 1 or 3. I ran a series 6 cable from the 119 side of lnb to receiver. I've tried the tone on the option page & even bought a sat finder. Still having problems. Can anybody help me?
Not real sure if this will help or not, but I read this somewhere. First, make sure you select the Dish Pro in the LNB options. Second, I think I read that 119 has to be on switch port 1 and 110 on switch port 2. Do not use an external switch because the Dish Pro has and internal switch. Hope this helps. Jerry
