Anyone able to tell me why Gold tells me that MP3's are not accepted formats? They seem to work elsehwere, but not in ProShow. TIA.
Make sure you have updated your proshow by going to 'help', 'check for upgrades'. mp3 is supported. More details as to when you're getting this error and what exactly the error says may be needed.
