Is there any hack to run on iPod Linux or something that will let me play protected wma files on it.

I had an mp3 player and there was a hack hat let you play aac files on it.

    Is it at all possible?

Just so everyone else can know, you wouldn't be able to play a protected WMA file with any method that I know of on an iPod. Neither Linux nor Rockbox supports the playing of protected files, and the iPod by default doesn't even support WMA.
