Protection emulator for 64-bit Windows?

    Are there any emulators for 64 bit windows, i heard that if Daemon Tools V4 gets released, the protection system will all go to waste, meaning that the 32 bit protection will no longer work, allowing you to play all games on the 64 bit windows. Is this True or what, and are there any 64 bit emulators?
