A mate has the same box as myself and has been telling me as soon as he sets up his internet connection settings on box it connects then after a short period it disconnects itself like the ip has changed on box or something. I'm having a look at it maybe tomorrow but wondering is this a common problem? Is there a common solution? I haven't encountered this problem myself.
has he got the most recent firmware on box and new server address correct as that is what happened to me also.
Cheers cacti! It seems it's the connection from the box to the router thats dropping by his description but I'll try that mate as you know how descriptions go! Bet it's something like that! Nice one man. Although he did read out the same info as mine. T56
