Prototype??? Any Thoughts Yes or NO?

When I logged on to LIVE, you were on but your activity box was completely blank. It didn't even have the green LIVE box. I never seen that before. So I clicked on you and it said you had Prototype in. Did it play for you?

 

Oops, thought it was out. Been out of touch lately. Just moved, . This is my first day with internet back, lol.

 

sorry took me awhile to get back.. i forgot about this post.. i had to install it to the hard drive just to get it to play. i didnt notice my status though. and not sure if i said it before, but the game never asked me to update? anyone else experience any problems with this title at all?

 

Some guys have not still updated to NXE...I've been playing a few days and It's never asked for an update. I'm over halfway through the game. It's getting better, his powers are unbelievable. I'm waiting to see a Strategy Guide.

 

You guys are brave. I'm waiting until I can either rip it or verify in the database. can't wait!

 

How long have you been playing games before release date on LIVE? I played it last week but unplugged the ethernet and removed the hard drive.

 

ive been playing them for several months and dont do anything different than already released games.

 

the game came out today. still not verifying. when will this be in the database? i want to play when i get home.

Any1 play through the game. I'm stuck on the mission "men are gods". The 1 after you beat the super hunter. I jack the special helicopter. pick up the military guys, and blow up the hive building. But the mission objective doesn't change. It still tells me to blow up the building I just destroyed. Any1 beat this level yet?

i have just been roaming collecting orbs, i would compare this to crackdown. my one big complaint so far is while in the air sometime you don't go in the direction you plan to if you dash or something. and is it just my controller or is anyone else having problems bringing up the shield by using LB and the thumbstick? That whole layout seems to suck, i am wondering if it is my controller, seems like I cant ever select what I want.

 

Just started playing yesterday... having a lot of fun with this one.

The first time you fight the hunters is pretty intense compared to what you had seen so far!

 

Assuming I download it in time, I play every game, every time, before the release date. I have been doing it for over a year now. When everyone got banned for supposodly playing the scene release of fallout 3 early, I must have downloaded it 3 hours after it was posted, and started playing that day, even while the ban wave was going on. (granted I had 4 consoles at the time) but long story short, still no ban.

 

Its been working fine for me, might want to invest in a new controller?

I've even been using one where a couple of the buttons stick. Still can bring everything up fine.

 

i got it yesterday and i'm having the same problems as homesick. im on version 1.6 and i tried installing it to the hd. still nothing.

 

Dude The Game Is Sick, It Kinda Reminds Me Of Web of Shadows We The Free Roaming.....But Prototype Is A Whole Lot Better Than Any Spider-Man Game

 

agreed. This game rocks. The only thing I hate is the fact as I am behind of finishing my other games...LOL. Almost done with Fear2 and finished Wolverine. Sorry can't play every day and then I end up with like 4 xbox repairs to put me even more behind on gaming!

 

I know what you mean gameover. I have a backlog of games I haven't finished because games I am looking forward to keep coming out. The game definitely rules.

My only problem is....the game froze on the mission where you are destroying all of the anti-agent blowers. I had just destroyed the last one and it was loading again. I'm hoping it was just a fluke.

I quit repairing and modding for a while so I can get other things straight. Just moved and all so I've had a lot going on without fixing other peoples stuff right now. So I still don't have a lot of time for gaming. Thank god I just started a new job where I only work 3 days a week, .
