PS1 mod problem

    I just modded my PS1 today 12/16/04 with an ABSOLUTE STEALTH MOD CHIP and I am having massive problems. I know for a fact that I soldered everything perfectly, I checked even with a magnify glass, so I am possitve that that is not the problem. Now when I boot up the PS1 with an original PS1 game in the tray, the disc does not spin what-so-ever. Got any thoughts to why this is happening?
