ps2 and a hdd

    I am interested in buying a ps2. I do not want to get scammed therefore I am looking into buying a new console. The only new ones out are the new slim line ps2. It has integrated ethernet and is not compatible with the ps2 hdd. Has anyone hooked a hdd up to this console? Is it possible? How do you do it? Please help me out here..

    There are some other new consoles like xbox 360 and soon to come the ps3 and nintendo wii in november 17 and the wii the 19th jsut to le you know....
