Hi all First time poster and admittedly not very tech-savvy My PS2 is black screening. I have searched this (and other) forums and have only found information on this topic with regard to modding/chipping. Since I purchased my PS2 I have not made any changes/modifications to the hardware (or software) of the console. I hadn't used my PS2 in a while and I bought an AV cord (the red whie and yellow one) to connect my PS2 to my TV off ebay about a week ago. It worked fine originally and has done for the past week (I have played and not turned it off since). Last night I turned it off and this morning all I get is the frustrating black screen. I have tried resetting, taking out the disk, unplugging the TV connection and for that matter unplugging every cable imaginable yet I am still left with that frsutrating black screen. Any ideas? Much appreciated
