xzwer, please read the thread before you post, theres a lot of hints how to get your cd/dvd working, this is also the fastest way to get an answer.

    xzwer,

This is the EXACT reason why I am going to charge people for support now.

Yes there is 13 pages, and yes the answer to your question is in them. Now if you want the question answered directly you can pay me $10, or you can go read through the last 13 pages.

Ill give you a hint, the final 5 pages or more is all repeat questions from the first 3 pages.

Thank you for the perfect example though of why I am a little upset about all the lazyness. You make a good quote for me. In fact with your permission (without it too) I would like to use your post as a line in my sig.

Stinky, you said that infoNES would be slow, but you were wrong. I've been playing some NES games for about 4 hours in a row and haven't had any lagging, it works at the speed its supposed to. The only thing bad about it is the weird interface. And not all good NES games were ported to the SNES (or sometimes Genesis).

1942, 1943, Guerilla War, Megaman 4-6 (1-3 are on Genesis), Metal Gear, Snake's Revenge, Final Fantasy 1-3 (yes, each FF game IS different except 2 & 4 and 3 & 6), and Metroid are just a few good NES games that weren't ported (or sometimes continued) to the SNES and/or Genesis.

    most people find the
'good" nes games get laggy. most the older ones should be fine. also any rpg type game wont be a good test for how good or bad the emu runs.

and i may be mistaken but i was pretty sure i have ff 1 - 6 for the snes on my disk. i have only ever played ff7 for any longer than 5 minutes though, so i could be wrong.

How the heck do you have 1-6 on your SNES? There is no FF 1 for SNES (unless you or somebody hacked it). The only FF games made for SNES were 2-6.

Like I said, I could be wrong, but I know I have up to 6. I thought I had it starting at 1. I would have to go check again to be sure.

I am new to this whole thing. Can someone please explain exactly how you use the Memory Card Exploit because the directions won't download in the package no matter how many times I tried. Thank you so much in advance!

    Use winrar to open it.

ALso if you cant open the readme's then turn your MAC off and go to a windows running system. They are written in notepad so any windows pc will open it.

anything that you burn to use on your PS2 will REQUIRE a mod chip to run.

Thanks Stinky, after I have loaded the exploit and clicked on BOOT.ELF what do I do?

you should not be clicking on boot.elf ever.

Go back and read the readme and it will tell you what to do.

    Stinky,

When I downloaded the package, I got the file CDVD.IRX an Expinst.ELF and directions up to QUOTE: "Read the special use Read Me to see how this is used" Which read me is this, I didn't get a special read me in the package just the simple directions on ho to make the CD.

I forgot to say in my last message, my computer said the EXPINST.ELF file was corrupted and I couldn't do anything with it. Thank you again in advance.
