Hey guys, My Playstation2 Slim DVD drive packed it in, and now it cant read anything, i tried changing it out, but it must be a problem on the motherboard. My PS2 is alreaddy modded, but now i cant read any of my backups. I need a way of booting from a usb stick or hard disk (or memory card) instead of a CD/DVD I also dont know anyone else with a modded PS2. Could you please direct me to any links, tuts, pages etc. I have Googled all i can, but nothing fits my problem. Cheers
You can use Free MC boot, this is a memory card exploit, and you can boot from the MC. Then you can load games from your local network using OpenPS2Loader. What model PS2 do you have?
