Hey, can anybody help me out here? I'm trying to hook my Playstation 2 up into my computer and like record videos from it somehow. Is this possible to do this?
you would need a tv tuner card. plug the ps2 up to the video input and then record away with a digital video recording program.
Is this the only way? Right now I have it currently hooked up to my computer with a USB-to-USB cord...
the ps2 isn't capable of exporting live video via a usb connection. you can either buy an internal tv tuner card, which would be installed in an open pci port, or buy an external card, which would require a usb or firewire connection.
