    hi,
    i have an ps2 with no mods, an older one, not fliptop. i was thinking of buying usb extreme. do i need to chip my ps2 or buy swapmagic?

    no you dont go for it but usb extreme compatibilitie sucks

    Yeah if I was you I would read up on usbextreme before buying it. Cause with its slow speed and compatibility of games it pretty much sux.
    Buying swap magic would be way better cause u can still use usb extreme plus play backups.
