    I tried this, didnt work for Singstar, it was not playable as the words were not in sync. My ps2 is Modded, I have no problem loading Pal games but my TV cant display it properly. Has anyone successfully used a pal to ntsc converter? is it in sync? please help, i have several Singstar PAL versions that I would love to play.

    there is no way of keeping it in sync when converting to ntsc i have confirmed my method works with all singstar without sync issues basically all my method does is change y position it is possible your chip auto switches pal to ntsc check your config you must have a clean none patched iso please note that you must have a high def flat screen tv [for color] or a tv with v hold [for black and white] and component cables the red green blue and change your ps2 settings from rgb to Y/Pb/Pr
