Hello, I just bought a 60 gb ps3. I can run mgs4 and gt4 perfectly on my hdtv, but when i try to play little big planet or burnout paradise the system will show the playstation 3 logo, then the screen goes black. once I reset the system it loads up to the crossbar. When using the AV cables the games display, but it is very ugly. I have turned the power switch off, and held the power button until the system beeps twice, but that does not work. Am i doomed to look at my games through av cables? Thanks in advance for any help
what resolution does your hdtv take? I seen some games force the resolution to a lower on even when the higher resolution is available. In the display setting you can manually set to always force to 1080i and remove 720p see if that works.
