you know if you go on holiday people always sell like cheapy black and white mini game consoles that cost like £10 and are s***. well thtas what i think of the wii compared to xbox 1 lol.

 

Oh come on cut nintendo some slack. They were highly critized when people saw the ds but once they go their hands on it then some many people loved it and it's quite sucessful now. It's still out selling psp atleast

 

well the only cool thing about the new wii im calling it reverlution still you call it what you want, is the remote's i mean you can swng them if you want to use them as a sward how coold that yeah...

Actually the ds was quite hyped.It had cutting edge hardware.That's not the case with wii.But I think nintendo will soon be just in the handheld market anyways if wii doesn't turn out.

Yeah, the hardware IS too simple to be delayed and Sony is still having problems with their console so i wouldn't be suprized if they did have a delay or some kind of big glitch if they rush it like MS did with the 360.

 

THe official word from nintendo is it will be released in the fourth quarter 2006.

That is anwhere from september to december. Pricing and release date is to be revealed before september.

 

So roughly the same time as ps3 which is what I stated in the beggining.

I see the "Wii" console that nintendo has now as their last console.
They should stick to handhelds area.
Nintendo is flopping badly in the last years on the console market.

 

So what though.I mean if immersion cares so much than why are they sueing sony they should know that sony isn't going to want to do bussiness with them anymore.

And that "new" technology isn't going to make rumble feel more realistic as they claim gimmie a break.Plus who are they going to sell it to xbox360 nope,ps3 nope,wii already has there own plan as well.

 

how can you say it wont be mre realistic? it can be very short bursts, one small prick of shake, and even insan vibrasion like if u get crushed with ease. they could offer it to sony, and they have, and oyu've seen how uptight sony has been lately. an announcement of te addition of vibration would be told within the last 2 months before the launch for a large positive look.

 

They have already stated it won't be the last console they produce.

So did sega about the dreamcast.I'm not saying it will be their last one ,but if wii fails it will be.I don't think wii will fail due to it's price point and due to the fact that no many know that it doesn't have any power.They just focus on the "it's new" factor and think it's next gen.

 

You are kind of right but I think alot more people will look for innovation this time around. That's just my opinion but it would be awesome for Nintendo to do well.
