I flashed a patched bios to my ps3 slim cech-2501b using a e3 flasher with every switch down except for unlock was up and went through all the lights now it turns on but I don't get any video or audio when I turn it on the controller wont charge or sync and I can't get into recovery mode. I tried patching the original bios but it didn't work. Please if anyone knows a way to fix this it would be amazing
Sounds like you've blown a fuse or a resistor on the main board. Google for Green Light of Death, or GLOD.
