Ps3 Camping, Where & Why?

well, for me, my 3 choices are best buy, gamestop, and target. best buy because i know they save 25-50 consoles for campers, gamestop because they are not preordering, and target because how many people really camp target? (seriously?)

I'm not camping! Pre-order ftw!! lol I don't need to camp in my small town.

I got an email from lik-sang today. they started taking preorders today. just to let you all know. it shouldn't be too much longer till others do.

 

you can also try at FYE. i know theyre taking pre-orders for ps3 (and wii also actually). but i think you have to pay $50 for the pre-order ( or something around that price).

 

Yeah of coarse it is only commen sense that people are going to buy them. Thye had experience in the past you now example: xbox, xbox 360, ps2 so on.

 

Pay, pre-pay, or camp if you want..from what I've read I'm sticking with the 360.

how can you have read anything credible and still stick with the 360? ah well personal preference i guess. the other thread is for preorder talk, only camp talk or things related to in here.

and lik sangs preorders at 699 for 20gb and 999 for 60gb i believe. issnt pricegauging illegal?

damn lol I knew I would be right my round off is so close I said these shops would charge about a stack (1,000) lmao 999 fusk that man that 666 unside down imma try where else I got a bad feelin about those numbers and didnt bother goin to see the omen on 6 6 6 nopee not me jun , 6 , 2006 . those people are nuts to go on that day but anyway I dont want to camp out . I want to go the the store that is the most low key . but if I was to have the money to get a few I would buy on from Eb (cough) , get up and go to target and get one. then i'd sell the other one

 

I accidently posted that lik-sang thing here in the camping post, but to just clarify. preordering on lik-sang does not mean you have to pay that opening day price. and you can keep your place in line for the price you expected.

No one's camping at Walmart?

 

yeah thats cool about lik-sang, also I think most of the camp stores are gone be best buy or any 24 hour stores some stores that are like that might sell you one at 12:00 am the night of Nov. 16th since at the stoak of midnight it will be Nov 17th I have a Super Target 24 hour store maybe I could go in there at that time and get one and then go to the Target by me to kill tw0 birds with one stone . I'm not for sure if my Best Buy is 24 hours

 

Wal-Mart is doing pre-orders, there is a signup for a newsletter that will tell u when they are taking them. I'm camping at target as well, i want at least 3 units at launch.
