I have a fan that I know works. Testing with a 12v adapter spliced and a 1.5 volt battery to the 3.3v pulse cable. Where should I ground my battery and ground adapter. Currently I did it threw both in the ground cable. My battery might be dead... Its not working and this should work - RIGHT?
Ok I tried two 1.5v aa battery for 3v. My adapter is giving 11.5v. Is there just not enought amps for fan to run? I am tring to advise a way to test if a fan is good or not without putting it in a system. Does anyone know how this adds up? Is the 12v and 3.v combined. If so maybe I don't have enough to reach the thresold of working.
