I've been gaming for 25 years and I really think rumble adds something to a lot games. Metal Gear has used it in a lot of neat ways and rumble is always nice to have well it's done right in a shooter or driving game.

well going along with metal gear solid, the latest in the series is that when you go to snipe someone the crosshair will actually bounce around, similar to previous MGS games that would periodically pulsate. this time around the crosshair will move around with respect to a person's ability to hold the controller steady in their hand. so the more your hands shake or if it is hard for someone to keep the controller steady and aim the crosshair, the more the crosshair will bounce around. seems a bit more realistic than the periodic pulsates of the past, but thats my opinion...

now if anyone has had to align their screen with respect to using a gun for say TimeCrisis, they will admit that even though you feel you are aiming straight and steady the crosshair is actually skipping around as it is quite difficult to do such. i am sure this game will make the sniping process a bit complicated and should be different...
