Hi. wondering if anyone can help me with this. On my ps3, i seem to be having a problem with the signal or something to my lcd tv. It's leaving a trace of the previous bluray menu and/or game menu (especially on the xmb) so you can see a blotchy pattern of anything the screen has had on it before. Sort of like image burn. It comes and goes, but is usually there all the time. it's connected to my tv with an HDMI lead. I've also noticed that the back of the ps3 gets very warm, sort of as if it;s overheating, but the fan is spinning. I tried moving the unit to a more aired space, but still getting the problem. was wondering if anyone else has had this problem (i have only noticed it since the last patch with the BD live content). Any help would be appreciated before i go down the whole "sony" route, which can be a bitch lol... thanks,,,
i thought about that too. should have mentioned that the normal tv and dvd's and xbox360 signals are all fine with no ghosting. havent seen any ghost images on the tv ever, before the ps3. could it be a fault in the hdmi lead, or the overheating?
